Overview

Foley & Lardner LLP's Milwaukee office has an excellent opportunity for a Tax Specialist to join our Business Law team. This individual will provide direct assistance for our clients and attorneys with all aspects of tax planning and preparation of tax returns. The ideal candidate will work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to manage multiple timelines with minimum supervision, and will need to possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
    Prepare and review individual, fiduciary, estate and gift tax returns
  • Prepare tax analyses
  • Utilize the following tax software: CCH, Go System, and OneSource Trust Tax
  • Perform research as necessary on tax issues
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant tax experience required
  • Excel knowledge and experience with tax preparation software a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexible work hours as required by deadlines
