Summary
As a Product Specialist focusing on Playground Design and Layout, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing innovative playground solutions. You will collaborate closely with our sales, design, and engineering teams to translate client requirements into functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing playground designs. Your role will involve market and competitive analysis and project management with internal stakeholders to create playground designs for the catalog, promotions, and other marketing related activities. This role will leverage various digital platforms (AutoCAD, Inventor, 3ds Max Design and other tools) to generate and maintain 2D & 3D geometry and renderings of GameTime products and maintain same. The applicant should either come with these technical skills or demonstrate the aptitude and motivation to learn these technical skills.

Competencies
Education and/or Experience
Minimum requirement: Undergraduate degree or 2-year degree in Drafting / CAD or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
Travel
There may be travel requirements between Chattanooga and Fort Payne, AL as well as training that may require travel to representatives' office(s) throughout the country. The travel is approximately 10% of time.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence as well as be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Reasoning Ability
Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Computer Skills
Proficient in or demonstrate aptitude/motivation to learn AutoCAD, Inventor, 3ds Max Design, Photoshop, and other design software tools.
An individual must have knowledge of 3D rendering software, 2D & 3D design and visualization, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software. As well as extensive experience with MS Windows 7, MS Windows 8 and/or MS Windows 10.
