We are actively seeking an experienced Security Manager to join our team based in Racine, WI or Oak Brook, IL that will organize and lead all aspects of the security function for the North America Region. This individual will be responsible for a range of security operations and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations, practices, and policies for security services.

Responsibilities
    Develop, implement and lead the organization's security programs, policies, and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities.
  • Ensure that all facilities and personnel comply within defined security standards, policies, and regulations.
  • Act as the company liaison with the local site's 3rd party security guard firm and help to coordinate this team for the region.
  • Review reports on incidents and breaches and investigate to resolve issues. Aids in the investigation of incidents and develops recommendations and follow-up to prevent accident recurrence. Promotes safety and secure conscious work performance and training programs applicable to the plant's policies and processes.
  • Conducts security audits, studies and investigations to ensure compliance with government laws, standards and regulations.
  • Analyze data for improvement on programs, new technology, etc.
  • Develop and control budgets for security operations.

The annual salary for this role is $112,500 - $165,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Security Operations

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Regional security leadership experience
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations to senior company leaders
