Position Summary | Reporting directly to a Director of Program Administrator The purpose of this position is to help MCC students in workforce programs experience success through achieving their educational and career goals. This position is responsible for providing proactive advice and student enrollment for students with declared programs; promoting academic and/or financial independence skills to students, making referrals to other appropriate program or department representatives, external agencies; and other related duties as assigned. |

Additional Desirable Qualifications | 1. Previous experience working with grant or performance based programs with a record of successfully meeting outcomes and metrics. 2. Prior experience working with adult learners. 3. Job Development and/or job placement experience preferred. 4. Prior experience working in, or with, staffing, HR or placement industry. |
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions |

Work Schedule | Must be willing to work 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays, and evenings or weekends as needed. Some travel may be required. Part-time,30 hours per week. |

Additional Information | First consideration given to internal candidates. Degree must be conferred by application deadline. Visa sponsorship is not available. This grant, and consequently this position, may be terminated at any time if the grantor determines that performance measures are not being adequately met. Employee performance will be measured by the program's successful outcomes and the appropriate documentation thereof. In addition, as a grant-funded, non-union employee, the selected candidate's employment is at-will and the employment relationship may be ended by either party (MCC or the employee) at any time, with or without notice.
